Pre-purchase inspections

Many people will say that an inspection is an “optional” step in your real estate transaction. We believe that a proper inspection is not only a crucial step in that process, but a step that will help you decide if the home you are purchasing is right for you. 

All safety, structural, and mechanical components within the home are tested and/or evaluated to verify proper operation and/or installation. 

The exterior, interior, roof systems, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, foundations, and framing systems, are thoroughly inspected while making detailed notes on the condition and/or operation of the components evaluated.

Upon completion, a report is distributed to you via email along with photographs to accompany any remarks and comments within your report.
